Sumitomo to grace the 30th Philconstruct Expo 2019

Sumitomo Construction Machinery Co. Ltd. is once again participating in the upcoming Philconstruct 2019. The annual event, now in its 30th year, has become a renowned gathering for all the movers and shakers in the building and construction industry. It is going to be held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City from November 7 to 10. 

It is the perfect venue for Japanese brand Sumitomo, undoubtedly one of the leaders in the large-scale machinery niche at present. The company has over 50 years of experience under its belt, having started its business in 1968.  The brand is currently developing ground-breaking machines for roads as well as hydraulics. Over the years, Sumitomo has actively expanded its reach across the world. It currently has a strong presence in Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.  The company, which started its operations in the Philippines in the 1980s, is being distributed by Macro Construction Equipment for Luzon market and by 3 in1 Marketing for Visayas and Mindanao market locally.  faeth One of the company’s goals is to strengthen its presence in the local market—which is currently on a very promising growth in terms of construction projects.  What time sets Sumitomo apart from other brands on the same stream, however, is its dedication to the quality and safety of its users.  This is something very evident in its state-of-the-art design and technology which puts a premium on improving user satisfaction, at the same time, profitability.  Its company figures show that it is going in the right direction, too.  According to its numbers, the company has the capacity to sell approximately 15,000 hydraulic extractors and 240 asphalt finishers per year.  By showcasing its products at the Philconstruct Expo, Sumitomo is aiming not only to maintain its reputation in the country but also to strengthen its foothold in the local market.  Everyone is invited to drop by its booth to have an in-depth look and feel of the SH210-6 which is one of its excavator models.
