(NCRPO-PIO) Eleazar first caught Police Staff Sergeant Danny Cervito when the NCRPO chief visited Police Community Precinct (PCP) 2 in Zapote, Las Piñas. When Eleazar wakes up Cervito, the on-duty policeman makes hold of his service firearm but was caught flat-footed when he saw the NCRPO chief in front of him. After the conduct of surprise inspection at the PCP-2, Eleazar proceeded to PCP-3 where he saw inside a parked mobile patrol on standby near the police station in Alabang-Zapote Road, Pamplona Dos, Las Piñas City, P/Corporal Jayson sleeping. Not far from Monsales, Eleazar also caught P/Corporal Eugine Ybasco sleeping inside a parked tricycle. Eleazar ordered to disarm the three police officers and called on their respective commanders to report to his office. An ongoing investigation is now being held regarding the case and if proven guilty, they will be facing suspension of one to two months without salary depending on the outcome of the investigation.
