Police said that members of Pasay City Police Community Precinct-7 were conducting mobile patrol along Alabang Zapote Road around 6:50 a.m. when they saw Yifan and A San allegedly shouting and fighting with each other at a gas station. Police tried to pacify the two as they were causing “alarms” to bystanders nearby, report said. However, police said, the two Chinese just disregarded the country’s authorities and continued with their altercation, which led to their arrest. Meanwhile, Zhang, Wan, Hulcheng, Shuyan and Fanlong allegedly engaged in an altercation at a casino on Aseana Avenue in Parañaque City at around 1:50 a.m. Security officers of the said casino told police that the five Chinese hit another Chinese, identified as Ren Zheng, over alleged misunderstanding after exchanging their Chinese Yuan to Philippine Peso. After seeing the incident, the said officers immediately responded and accosted the suspects. They then turned them over to police. Ren said that he had no plans of filing a complaint against the suspects; but the management of the said casino was considering to file charges against them for alarm and scandal, police added.
