Cagayan One Electric Cooperative and Isabell II Electric Cooperative offered to lend the province two units of 3.5 kilowatt generators for two months.
On Saturday, 2 earthquakes, ranging from magnitude 5.4 to 5.9, hit Banates. A total of 2,963 people were affected by  the tremors, which has so far triggered more than 180 aftershocks.
