"I do not know why I am included in the list," he said in an interview.
Ongtioco added: I am and will always be a person of peace.”
Another prelate who was included in the complaint, Novaliches Bishop Teodoro Bacani denied the accusation.
"That shows how stupid the police are, madali silang lokohin (they are easily fooled)," he told church-run Radyo Veritas.
"The witness is completely unbelievable...they look stupid before the world if they file the charges based on the comment of that person because he is completely untrustworthy," added Bacani.
The prelate believed the move was merely a ploy to cover up something.
"Maybe the administration wants to hide something from the people," Bacani said.
On Thursday, the PNP CIDG filed sedition case against a number of personalities which include church leaders in connection with the "Bikoy" videos.
