Quiapo vendors set up blue tents after clearing operations

Vendors were spotted setting up blue tents, replacing the orange ones, the color associated with former Mayor Erap Estrada. (We're just riding on their political colors) However, reports said that the mayor did not approve of the new setup. He made it clear that the blue tents were not sanctioned by him.
