The first batch of Cadet Pilots of Cebu Pacific is welcomed back to the Philippines after completing 14 months of flight training. Cebu Pacific Vice President for Flight Operations Capt. Grant Mules (seventh from left) lead the recognition and reception for the pioneer batch of Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program.   Twelve new pilots comprising the first batch of Cebu Pacific (CEB) Cadet Pilots are set to join the carrier’s corps of aviators following completion of flight training. The CEB Cadet Pilots were given a reception upon arrival in Manila after completing 14 months of training at Flight Training Adelaide in Australia, in addition to ground school in the Philippines. The first batch of Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilots include Martha May De Leon, Darryl Dave Ditucalan, Rydale Pintor, Kayrwin Kirch Remolona, Jose Angelo Santos, Paulo Martin Concepcion, Ardreen Reguyal, Lorenzo Miguel Montinola, Ian John Satentes, Geronimo Miguel Mantes, Aaron Jhun Bernabe, and Dexie Jay Aljas. They will need to complete mandatory training and other requirements to earn their commercial license before becoming full-fledged First Officers at Cebu Pacific. The Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program is a full scholarship program that recruits candidates ab initio, and puts them on 56-week integrated flying training; flight theory and education course to become licensed commercial pilots. After completion of the program, the cadet-pilots are guaranteed employment with Cebu Pacific, flying both domestic and international routes.
