The University of the Philippines Mindanao (UPMin) will have its first-ever Summa Cum Laude graduate on Friday, June 21.
Pete Maverick Nicole Estudillo, a 22-year-old Food Technology major and the Summa Cum Laude, attains a cumulative weighted average of 1.1971, the highest record in the university since 1995, according to the press release issued by Ad Hoc Committee for the 2019 Commencement Exercises.
There are also 93 others graduating with honors: 13 Magna Cum Laudes and 80 Cum Laudes.
Estudillo will lead the 352 graduating students in UPMin’s 22nd Commencement Exercises at the University Atrium, UP Mindanao Administration Building.
