SM Prime launches CDO office tower

(SM Prime), the Philippines’ leading integrated property company, has launched SM CDO Downtown Office in Cagayan de Oro (CDO) through its Business Unit SM Offices. sm prime logo The new office space is beside SM Cagayan de Oro Downtown Premier Mall which opened its doors to the public last May 12. It is SM Prime Holding’s 61st mall, the sixth in Mindanao, and the second in Cagayan de Oro. Complementing this mall are the eight floors of prime office spaces called the SM CDO Downtown Tower. Located at the busy intersection of Claro M. Recto Avenue and Osmeña Street, the Downtown Tower is a premier office building, which aims to provide economical, flexible and conveniently located prime office spaces with state-of-the-art facilities. The eight levels of SM CDO Downtown Tower, with more than 17,000 square meters gross leasable area, are envisioned as Cagayan de Oro’s premier address, an emerging landmark in the bustling downtown area. It is the only premier office building in the region with a helipad. It is also equipped with a 24/7 security and engineering support as well as uninterrupted electric and water supply. The tower is interconnected to the mall through the Sky Park at the fifth level access. This is very convenient for those who wish to dine, shop, or watch movies inside the mall. Cagayan de Oro, the Gateway to Northern Mindanao, is a gold mine known as the ICT Goldmine in the Philippines because of its numerous ICT infrastructures and businesses.
