40 new prosecutors appointed at DOJ

By Jeffrey Damicog The Department of Justice (DOJ) has 40 new prosecutors following their appointment by President Duterte last May 22.

Department of Justice (MANILA BULLETIN) DOJ spokesman Undersecretary Markk Perete said the newly appointed prosecutors will be assigned to various offices of the DOJ’s National Prosecution Service (NPS) nationwide. Among the new appointees, 17 are female prosecutors. Appointed Prosecutor IV were: Ramoncito Bienvenido T. Ocampo, Jr., Bataan; Laurence Joel M. Taliping, Marikina; George A. Ged-ang, Jr., Science City of Munoz; and Andres M. Gondayao, Benguet. Appointed Prosecutor III were: Yuseff Yardley Cesar C. Ybanez, Bais City and Roberto Damian A. Morico, Manila. Named Prosecutor II were: Ralph David D. So, Bulacan; David A. Mapala, Ilocos Sur; Nemitz F. Negado, Leyte; Joseph G. Romano, Agusan del Norte; Virgilio R. Follosco, Quezon City; Erano G. Prado, Pasay City; Julius T. Ompad, Cebu; Renato M. Abastillas, Jr., Quezon City; Arnold C. Abejaron, Davao City; Gary Dominador G. Guyguyon, Ifugao; Marianita J.
