Undeclared sex toys, paraphernalia seized from passenger in Cebu airport

By Betheena Unite  Various undeclared sex and pornographic paraphernalia were discovered from an arriving passenger in Mactan Cebu International Airport from China, the Bureau of Customs said Monday. The intercepted shipment containing undeclared packs of vibrators, body stockings, and body lubricants were found during a physical examination on the baggage of the passenger identified as Coleman Timothy Phillip. According to Port of Cebu District Collector Elvira Cruz, the shipment contained one box of viagra, more than 30 packs of vibrators, 22 bottles of body lubricants, and almost 50 pieces of body stockings. The district collector furthered that a warrant of seizure and detention was already issued against the misdeclared items in violation of Section 1113 Section (f) in relation to Section 118, Section 1113 (i), Section 1113 (l) and Section 1404 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act. The items had also been seized and put under the custody of the Customs Enforcement and Security Service for safekeeping waiting for final disposition.
