Comelec seeks complaints against alleged pre-shading of ballots

Allan Kadun denied knowledge of any incident of alleged pre-shading of ballots in Lanao del Sur prior to the election on May 13 as shown in a video that was posted in social media. He likewise underscored: “Wala talaga akong knowledge about it.” But he asked those who had any knowledge about the video to come forward and “filed the appropriate charges against the teachers, and the perpetrators (of the pre-shading of the ballots).” Kadun also said that they have yet to receive any complaint about vote-buying in the May 13 polls. "As far as we are concern, wala pa talagang may formal complaint, I don't think na meron talaga,” he said. Meanwhile, provincial canvassing was still awaiting the replacement of SD cards which were corrupted. An average of five SDs were found to be corrupted in almost each of all of the municipalities, Kadun said. A total of 28 towns out of 39 already has 100 percent transmission. The winners in the areas where canvassing has been completed have already been proclaimed. #MatalinongBoto2019
