LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Governor Amado Espino III and Mark Lambino are now proclaimed governor and vice governor, respectively, in this province.

Official results obtained from the COMELEC transparency server as of 12:00 noon Thursday representing 99.91 percent of the Pangasinan Election Returns show that: for governor, Espino had 781,307 votes, while closest rival Arthur Celeste obtained 582,380 ; for vice governor, Mark Lambino garnered 716,010 votes while his adversary, Angel Baniqued Sr, registered 499,330 votes.
All six winners for congress were also proclaimed by the board. The new Pangasinan district representatives proclaimed were Noli Celeste for the first district, Jumel.Espino for the 2nd district, Rosemarie Baby Arenas, 3rd district, Christopher" Toff "De Venecia of 4th district ,
Ramon Guico for 5th district and Tyrone Agabas for the 6th district.
In Lingayen, Pangasinan, former Representative Leopoldo Bataoil was proclaimed as duly elected Mayor. Noel Nacar won as mayor of Dasol, and Brian Lim in Dagupan City.
Noel Nacar proclaimed Mayor of Dasol. While Dagupan City will have Brian Lim as the next chief executive.
