Filipino accent ranks 1st sexiest in Asia, 21st in world -- survey

(JANSEN ROMERO / MANILA BULLETIN FILE PHOTO) Big 7 Travel disclosed Sunday the results of the poll conducted to their readers from all across the globe. “Gentle and soft, the accents you’ll hear when in the Philippines are simply lovely,” Big 7 Travel described. Vietnamese and Indian accents followed 25th and 26th in the world (second and third in Asia), respectively. New Zealand’s Kiwi accent topped the survey as the sexiest accent in the world. “To a novice ear, the New Zealand accent might sound just like the Australian accent, but Big 7 Travel readers disagree. The ‘Newzild’ dialect is outrageously charming,” Big 7 Travel wrote. Other accents that made it into the Top 10 are the following: South African, Irish, Italian, Australian, Scottish, French, Spanish, South USA, and Brazilian Portuguese. According to its website, Big 7 Travel is a travel site that “creates original content across three brands – travel, food and hotels – for a mobile-first, millennial audience.”
