Warm, humid weather expected in most parts of PH

(JANSEN ROMERO / MANILA BULLETIN FILE PHOTO) The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the easterlies or warm and humid winds coming from the Pacific will prevail over most of the country. This Sunday, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Masbate, and the entire Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers. PAGASA advised the public to take extra precaution against possible flash flood or landslide during severe thunderstorms. Throughout the week, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening are expected over the entire country especially over Visayas and Mindanao. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will continue to have a warmer and humid weather. PAGASA does not see the formation of a tropical cyclone or low pressure area at least until May 3. Based on PAGASA’s historical record, one or two tropical cyclones enter or make landfall over the country in May.
