By MB Online A video of an airplane pilot who paid a touching tribute to his parents on a Taiwan-bound flight has gone viral on social media. "Good morning ladies and gentlemen, from the flight deck, this is Genesis Bernardo, your Captain speaking." "And I would like to take this opportunity to welcome two very important persons in my life, Mr. Paul Bernardo and Mrs. Solly Bernardo, my Dad and my Mom." And all the while as Genesis was paying his gratitude to his parents, the reaction of Mr. and Mrs. Bernardo shifted from one of surprise to pride and fulfilment. Genesis continued that it had always been his dream to have his parents as his passengers. "I would like to thank you for loving me unconditionally as your son, and for teaching me to do my best in everything that I do. I also thank you for inspiring me to never stop dreaming big. And making me believe that everything is possible as long as you have faith," he continued. "You are one of the biggest reasons why I am here commanding a flight and flying this airplane." "It's truly an honor and my pleasure to have you on board. I'm so proud of you for bringing me where I am right now. And I also hope (to) make you proud," Bernardo added. He then also took the opportunity to greet his brother. "Happy Birthday bro, I'm very glad to have you on board for the very first time with Ms. Mirel Domingo." "Cheers to all the parents who's always been an inspiration to their kids and to everyone who's been inspired by their parents to achieve their dreams."
