Joint operations bag Baguio's most wanted

By Liezle Basa-Iñigo ALAMINOS CITY, Pangasinan---Tagged as "killer maid " and Baguio City’s most wanted person Marites Rilloraza Judan, was nabbed with her live in partner, Manuel Carbonel Balangatan in Dampay St. Poblacion. (PIXABAY / MANILA BULLETIN) (PIXABAY / MANILA BULLETIN) Judan with aliases Marites Relloraza, Florence Macaalay, Marites De Guzman, Brenda Mendoza and Brenda Ducusin is the primary suspect in the killing of 15-year-old Allery Wagayen of Pinsao Proper, Baguio City on May 24, 2016 and was also linked in the recent robbery incidents in Sta Cruz, Ilocos Sur which transpired last January 5, 2019 and in Qualified Theft case in Bangar, La Union. The joint operatives of the PNP Intelligence Group, Alaminos City Police Station, Pangasinan and La Union Provincial Intelligence Branch, Philippine Public Safety College 1st Maneuver Platoon, Alaminos City and the Citizen Anti- Felony Special Support Group (CAFSG) were able to arrest Judan by virtue of Warrants of Arrest for the crime of Robbery with Homicide under Criminal Case Number 39383-R Regional Trial Court FJR Branch 3 Baguio City issued by Hon. Judge Emmanuel Cacho Rasing; Qualified Theft under Criminal Case Number 4443 of Regional Trial Court Branch 34 Balaoan La Union issued by Hon. Judge Ethelwolda Jaravata and Adultery under Criminal Case Number 42906 of MTCC San Fernando City, La Union issued by Hon Judge Edilberta Casiano. Chief Superintendent Romulo E Sapitula, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1, said the arrest of Judan came after joint efforts of the operatives. He also encouraged the victims of Judan to report to the police and file appropriate cases against the suspect. The arrested persons were brought to Alaminos City Police Station for proper disposition.
