Netflix' new feature eases offline binge-watching

Netflix made offline watching easier for its users as it added the latest feature named “Smart Downloads.” Netflix/Manila Bulletin Netflix/Manila Bulletin Smart Downloads will automatically download the next episode when connected to the WiFi once the viewer finishes watching one. Netflix will delete the finished episode and add the next one on the show. The latest version of the streaming video provider is currently available on Android devices only. “Giving consumers more control over their entertainment experience is at the heart of everything we do, and members can choose when they want to use Smart Downloads,” Cameron Johnson, Netflix’s director of product innovation, said.
