When Michael V. and Iya Villania-Arellano say they are excited to work on GMA's "Lip Sync Battle Philippines" season 3, know that it's not merely, well, lip service. What adjectives! And this time, the upgraded contest has the 3-way battle thematic episodes of intense head-to-head challenges between celebrity guests. The game pits contestants against each other in a lip sync battle for two rounds. They can lip sync the song/s of their choice. Then the crowd will determine the winner of the battle after the two rounds have been completed. The winner gets the bragging rights to be the Lip Sync Battle Champion and gets the Lip Sync Battle Championship Belt. It's a "grander" season alright, both stars crowed. "Dati limited sa dalawa lang na one-on-one, ngayon meron ng 3-way battles and 4-way battles kasi napapanuod namin 'yung battle sa US at meron na silang ganu'n kaya dapat meron din tayo," Michael V. said. "Kasi 'pag sa sobrang kina-career nila makikita mo. Pangiti-ngiti sila pero 'yung totoo alam mong na di-disappoint sila kasi 'Kinareer ko 'yun eh.' So, just have fun," she explained.
