The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) will hold a series of interviews for two vacancies at the Court of Appeals (CA).
Supreme Court Clerk of Court and JBC Ex Officio Secretary Edgar Aricheta announced Friday the interviews will be held on April 11, 12, and 13.
Aricheta said the public may submit to the JBC “a sworn complaint, report, or opposition against any of the applicants…”
The JBC declared the vacancies following the appointment of Justice Romeo Barza as CA Presiding Justice and the passing of Justice Florito Macalino last December 7.
Scheduled for interview on April 11 are: Eleuterio Bathan, Irin Zenaida Buan, Carlito Calpatura, Amy Ana De Villa-Rosero, Glenda Litong, Florencio Mamauag Jr., Roberto Quiroz, and Alfonzo Ruiz II.
The council will interview the following day Carlos Arguelles, Vicente Go, Joeffre Acebido, Selma Alaras, Rowena Apao-Adlawan, Evalyn Arellano-Morales, Paz Esperanza Cortes, and Danil Cruz.
