With this new feature, GCash has added one more convenient option for every Filipino, alongside sending money, QR scanning to pay, buying load, paying bills, and other financial services. GCash's new bank transfer feature is making an everyday hassle a little lighter.
Availing of this feature is easy. First, one has to be a verified GCash user and update the app on the App Store or Google Play. After that, gather the necessary details of the bank account you are transferring to — from the name of the bank, name of the account holder, account number, and exact amount to be sent. One has to double check to avoid sending money to the wrong person.
Once this is done, go to the GCash account and log-in, then select ‘Bank Transfer’.
