By Freddie Lazaro LAOAG CITY, Ilocos Norte -- Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos has urged authorities and schools to ensure the safety of learning institutions following a supposed rape incident in the Ateneo De Manila University-Loyola campus over the weekend.
