BIR chief reshuffles RDOs anew

Commissioner Caesar R. Dulay of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has conducted another revamp of revenue district officers (RDO) based in Metro Manila and elsewhere to further enhance tax collection efforts.

The BIR chief initiated the reshuffle based on the policy of putting the right field officials to right places.

insiders said more important personnel changes including regional directors will be carried out before the end of the year.

The RDOs and their new Metro Manila assignments included Jose Maria Hernandez, Quiapo-Sampaloc; Teresita Lumayag, Tondo-San Nicolas; Miguel Morada, Caloocan; Cora Balinas; Mandaluyong; Renato Molina; North Quezon City; Socrates Regala, Malabon; Christine Cardona, Marikina.

In the provinces, Dulay named the new RDOs as Freddie Santos, Plaridel, Bulacan; Maglangit Decampong for Mandaue City; Ernesto Mangabat, Calasiao West; Cecilia Campus, City of San Fernando; Elmer Carolino; Batangas City West; Mercedes Estalilla, Olongapo City; Maria Jonelle Faune, Legaspi City; Olan Bai Gumama, Tacloban City.
