Glenda Victorio from Morong, Rizal used to join barangay beauty pageants and even the “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB)” auditions on ABS-CBN. She failed in all of them.

Glenda Victorio But now she’s laughing her way to the bank. It started when she put up the business of selling beauty products online. Eventually, she manufactured her own product, Brilliant Skin Essentials then K Magic Cream. Both are huge successes. Today, Glenda is one of the youngest CEOs in the Philippines. She got an award this year from Gawad Award Amerika in California. By December, she is expected to open her own manufacturing plant. Indeed, dreams come true.
