The Philippine Consulate in Los Angeles has reported that two Filipino women were killed in a vehicular accident in Palmdale, California on Saturday.
Consul General Adel Angelito Cruz said the two Filipinas died when their car rammed into a construction truck on 14 Freeway near Palmdale Boulevard Saturday morning.
Both women were in their 60s.
While coordination with authorities is ongoing, Cruz said the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office is expected to release details of the crash that killed the two women.
The Consulate General has conveyed their sympathy and condolences to the families of the two Filipinas and expressed their readiness to extend the necessary assistance.
