Motorcycle rider caught on CCTV touching a 10-year-old girl

By Katherine Marajas A motorcycle rider was caught on CCTV camera, molesting a 10-year-old girl in Barangay Daang Bukid, Bacoor, Cavite on Sunday, September 23. In the footage, a motorcycle rider with plate number 7024 TS can be seen approaching the girl and began touching her private part. The innocent girl refused and ran away. According to Francisco, it was the first time something like this happened in their barangay. He said the incident was reported to the barangay and police authorities and they are still waiting for the proper documents to be filed in court. Meanwhile, the motorcycle driver was identified but Francisco refused to give any details about the suspect's identity.
