Ex-U-KISS member Dongho, wife divorce

Former K-pop boy band U-KISS member Dongho and his wife have divorced after almost three years of marriage.

Dongho (Instagram) Dongho debuted as a member of U-KISS in 2008 but left the group in 2013. In November 2015, he got married at age 21 to a non-showbiz girlfriend. Their first baby was born in 2016. Regarding the divorce, Dongho said, “We have finished the divorce proceedings last month including the court procedure and filing required documents. It was difficult to let others know since we worried about our child,” according to KBS. He cited personality differences as the reason for the divorce. “Both of us made the decision after thoroughly considering it because our personalities were not compatible. Although we did have some fights during our marriage, it's not like we broke up like enemies,” he explained. He said his ex-wife is taking care of their son but “of course, I go to see my son, and my parents visit him as well. My ex-wife had a hard time during our marriage, and we are both so sorry to our son.” After leaving U-KISS, Dongho became a DJ.
