The Sandiganbayan Seventh Division has allowed Muntinlupa City Rep. Ruffy Biazon to travel once again, this time to Bali, Indonesia from September 19 to 25, 2018 in order to gain more knowledge for the Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving (PCSSD).

Biazon is facing graft, malversation, and direct bribery charges in relation to the alleged misuse of his P3 million Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) in 2007.
He reportedly took home P1.9 million worth of public funds after he collaborated with suspected pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles to support her bogus foundation called the Philippine Social Development Foundation (PSDFI).
Biazon is behind the proposed House bill entitled "An Act to promote and develop the sport of scuba living in the Philippines," so he is studying ways to ensure the safety of scuba diving in the country and make the Philippines known as one of the best diving countries in the world.
In a resolution promulgated on September 7, Biazon was allowed to go, provided that he maintains his travel bond of P180,000 and abide faithfully to the terms and conditions imposed by the court.
He will be staying at Maison Aurelia Sanub in Bali from September 19 to 23; after which, he will move to Nyaman Villas from September 23 to 25.
Earlier, Biazon traveled to Singapore and Maldives from April 3 to 10, 2018 in order to attend the Asia Dive Expo 2018.
During his arraignment, Biazon pleaded not guilty to all charges.
