Loon, Bohol's 'Abbey Road' in 3D

By MB Online The local government of Bohol has introduced its very own version of the Beatles's iconic Abbey Road at Tajang 3D Lane in Loon town. (MUNICIPALITY OF LOON/ FACEBOOK/ MANILA BULLETIN) (MUNICIPALITY OF LOON/ FACEBOOK/ MANILA BULLETIN) "The three-dimensional road art challenges everyone to strike the best pose at the right angle in order to create a certain scene for the camera," said in a statement posted on Facebook by Municipality of Loon. "What makes the experience more challenging is that up close the faux passageway actually does not have a perspective view, unlike when the scene is captured on camera," it added. The Tajang 3D Lane is aimed to create a new look for Loon to attract tourists and to draw attention to the mangroves. Aside from the Tajang 3D Lane, Loon also boasts its "99 Hugot Lines" along Tajang Pass Causeway where tourists can take photos with different hugot lines.
