BUTUAN CITY – To showcase the culture and tradition of various ethnic minority groups in Mindanao, the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) and the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA), in partnership with the city government of Butuan, launched the Mindanao’s “Kalinaw Kultura” (Peace Culture) Micro at the Robinson Place in this region’s premier and capital city of Butuan on Friday.
