Man shoots dead gilfriend's former live-in partner after date in Pasig City

By Jel Santos A man is now being hunted by authorities after he gunned down the former live-in partner and father of the children of his girlfriend in Pasig City on early Friday morning. Police identified the suspect as Allan Arcueno. Meanwhile, the victim was Jon Lenzy Lim, 28, a call center agent,of Antipolo City Arcueno, according to reports, was waiting at the unit of his girlfriend, Aiza Areola, at the San Lorenzo Bldg. which is located at No. 111 Kapitagan corner Physic Streets in Barangay Manggahan, Pasig. At 1:30 a.m., Areola and his former live-in partner went to her unit, not knowing his boyfriend was waiting with a gun. Upon opening the door of the condo unit, Arcueno without hesitation shot Lim several times in his body, causing his instantaneous death. The former live-in partners apparently went out for a date after years of separation. It was also learned by probers that Lim and Areola have two children. After the shooting, the suspect quickly left the building. Areola then reported the incident to policemen. As of press time, Arcueno is still at large.
