Megaworld launches new condo project in Iloilo

Urban developer Megaworld Corporation is adding another wing to Saint Dominique, its seventh residential tower in the Iloilo Business Park, following brisk sales of residential condominiums inside the 72-hectare township.
The 10-story Saint Dominique South Wing is located right at the heart of Iloilo Business Park just within the stretch of Festive Walk Parade and across Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and the Iloilo Convention Center.
It offers an additional 152 prime residential units ranging from Studio (up to 35 square meters); one-bedroom (up to 50 square meters); two-bedroom (up to 79 square meters); and loft units (up to 38.5 square meters).
Selected studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units have their own balconies, overlooking the township’s booming landscape.
“The interest on Iloilo Business Park has built up to a level that we have never expected. Since the launch of the two hotels, the Festive Walk Mall and Festive Walk Parade, more people want to live in the township,” said Iloilo Business Park Vice President for Sales and Marketing Jennifer Palmares-Fong.
Total residential units in Iloilo Business Park alone have already reached 1,819 with an aggregate take-up of around 90 percent to date.
Just like the Saint Honore residential tower and the north wing of Saint Dominique, the South Wing still captures the Parisian lifestyle, with the building’s classic architectural design patterned after those in the famous streets of Paris.
The new wing will still have a landscaped atrium, and it will share amenities with the North Wing, which include the swimming pool and kiddie pool, pool lounge, Jacuzzi, fitness center, event halls, game room, day care center, children’s playground and an indoor spa.
