First Filipino anime series “Barangay 143” is set to hit small screens nationwide very soon and the excitement keeps building as fans and even advertisers look forward to this Philippine TV milestone.

At a recent trade launch, advertisers warmly welcomed the anime show led by voice actors Ruru Madrid, Migo Adecer, Kelley Day, and Julie Anne San Jose together with Edu Manzano, Pinky Amador, Jaime Fabregas, Cheska Kramer, Doug Kramer, Kendra Kramer, Archie Alemania, Kimpoy Feliciano, Roadfil Macasero, and Gary Lim.
Producer and managing director of Synergy88 Entertainment Media Inc. Jackeline Chua was also present and graced the occasion.
As early as now, fans eagerly anticipate the airing of “Barangay 143” with netizens sharing their thoughts on the timeslot and the story. The show even got the attention of international content publications’ WorldScreen, Prensario, and C21Media and helped share the good news about this Philippine television milestone to the rest of the world.
Also part of the voice cast are Cherie Gil, John Arcilla, Sylvia Sanchez, Alice Dixson, Teresa Loyzaga, Pen Medina, Benjie Paras, Paolo Contis, Ping Medina, and Jerald Napoles while rapper Gloc 9 and Dea sang the theme song with the same title.
