NDRRMC awards 4 students for poster making, photography contest

By Mar Supnad Four students from Region 1 received Monday awards during the Culmination Activity Program of the National Disaster Resilience Month 2018 held at the NDRRMC Operations Center, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. The awardees who came all the way from Ilocos region were Cami Kyndra Tiburcio of Burgos Memorial School East, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur bagged the Third Place of the Poster Making Contest. Aside from Tiburcio, there were also three other finalists from Region 1 who made it to the finals of the 3rd Mobile Resiliency Photography Contest. They are Kyne Darel Supnad of Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Rosemarie Dela Cruz from Binmaley, Pangasinan and Kylana Mari Ronquillo of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. The entry of Ronquillo was awarded as the People's Choice through Facebook's reaction. They received cash prizes and plaque of recognition from Usec Ricardo Jalad and Usec Cardozo M Luna.
