GERI to develop new P8-B Renaissance condo

(GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, is launching an P8-billion residential development in its Renaissance complex along Meralco Avenue, Ortigas Center in Pasig City. It will be called The Fifth being the fifth residential cluster to rise within the Renaissance community which is in close proximity to the business district of Ortigas Center, and the cities of Quezon, Pasig, San Juan, and Mandaluyong.
