Kris Aquino expressed gratitude towards Special Assistant to the President Christopher (Bong) Go after the latter apologized for the 'incident' involving her and Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Margaux (Mocha) Uson.

"I am most grateful for a man as powerful as you are now for texting and vibering me the words 'we are sorry for the incident',” Aquino said in an Instagram post.
The TV host-actress also acknowledged Go --- who Aquino has known and "liked" for eight years --- for believing in the "power of true and honest communication."
"SA Bong, thank you for your reply. Thank you for taking my feelings as a daughter into consideration and showing me empathy...You have my sincere gratitude, " she continued.
Aquino concluded her post with a message of peace and positivity.
"We all have one goal, a nation we can be proud of, and the best possible prosperous lives for all Filipinos. I love our country as much as our President does. I pray for peace and mutual respect for all of us," she wrote.
The Queen of All Media on Sunday, through a Facebook live video, called out Uson for comparing President Duterte's kiss video to a video of her father, the late Sen. Benigno (Ninoy) Aquino Jr., receiving a kiss from two women which was taken before he was shot.
