The Common Good, located on the 4th floor of I’m Hotel Makati, virtually brings the diners around the world through the fine art of international cuisine.
I’m Hotel’s special preview showcased authentic and traditional flavors with a twist such as the Open Pit Peri-Peri Roasted Chicken, Ebi Tendon, and the Dimsum Platter.
Healthy appetizers were also featured at the preview like the Green Egg Sandwich, Healthy Enzyme Drink, and the Ginumis Granita. And to satisfy the guests sweet cravings, the Honey Thick Toast were also introduced.
Paul and Ranuka’s Green Egg Sandwich, Healthy Enzyme Drink, and The Fountain are perfect for those who are looking for a healthy alternative for yummy appetizer dishes.
The Green Egg Sandwich is made of slow roasted tomatoes, avocado, salsa verde, asparagus spears and black olives. Aside from the ingredients mentioned, gluten free sourdough is used to make the dish even healthier.
The Fountain is a classic and refreshing Filipino shaved ice dessert made of tapioca pearls and coconut.
If you’re into authentic Euro-Asian dishes, you might want to check the Sucre section as it serves sweet delicacies that will definitely satisfy your sugar inclinations. The Honey Thick Toast is a Shibuya honey French toast topped with ice cream.
Al Dente, on the other hand, offers a playful life into Italian cuisine by offering classic Italian dishes with exciting Pan-Asian twists. The Sisig Flatbread Pizza is a Turkish Flatbread pizza topped with sisig and a perfectly cooked egg.
As for the Asian Cuisine, you can have a taste of Hong Kong and Japan dishes at the Empress Jade, One Bowl Wonder, and Perfect Four section.
One Bowl Wonder ‘s Ebi Tendon features ‘Donburi’ style rice-topping dishes where delightful shrimps and seasonal vegetables are encased in crispy fried tempura batter served on top of Japanese white rice.

Another section that I’m Hotel’s The Common Good Restaurant takes pride is the Tiffin as it offers a variety of Indian dishes that incorporate the tiffin wallahs of Bombay to spiced tea and savory snacks. The chef presented the dishes Prawn Masala and Roti Paratha.
Parilla, another section, showcases the Open Pit Peri-Peri Roasted Chicken dish, an original South African/Portuguese dish, that is coated with a delicious marinade then roasted to juicy perfection.
