Gathering some of the country’s top real estate investors and interested buyers, the two-day open house highlighted the unique selling points of each property and a real feel of how it would be like to own one of the two houses. In partnership with furniture brand Ethan Allen, one of the two expansive properties was designed with curated pieces to pique everyone’s imagination of how it would be like to live there. It was made even more realistic with a cooking and table setting demo by homemaker Frieda Lim. Instead of just showcasing the property, List Sotheby’s International Realty Philippines highlighted how it would be like to live in the properties that they were selling, exciting the guests and potential buyers. The event was also attended by the top honchos of List Holdings Singapore led by its COO Yasushi Yamada, CFO Hiroki Tanaka, and List Sotheby’s International Realty Singapore’s Executive Marketing Director Johnson Goh. The two properties were developed by Draco Builders Property.
