Princess Sevillena, the Wishcovery grand champion, an online singing competition launched by FM radio station Wish 107.5, let 'er rip in expressing joy over victory.

“Thank You, Lord! To God be the glory! Maraming maraming salamat po!,” the 24-year-old exclaimed. "Thank you Lord for giving me this wonderful privilege."
During the final night hosted by Kris Lawrence at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum, Princess garnered 96 percent.
The final score was determined through the five Wish round where she acquired a perfect score of 15 percent in a week-long power viewing component, then 13.33 percent through the resident reactor's cumulative scores.
On finals night, Princess obtained 19 percent in her live performance of "Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin," "Pangarap Na Bituin" and "Nais Ko."
That segment was judged by a New York-situated panel of foreign reactors namely American fashion designer, television personality, figure skater and singer Richie Rich; and Cicero Oca, CEO of OnQ Talent Agency.
Richie loves Princess' "confidence" and "attitude" and given the chance he would want to dress and style her too. For his overall feedback, he found her "fabulous" and "amazing."
In the fourth round where the Wishful 5 performed together, Princess earned 19.67 percent.
In the final battle which corresponded to the largest percentage of their final score, she secured 29 percent out of 30.
The score was given by the Wishcovery resident reactors Jungee Marcelo, Annie Quintos and Jay R.
Jungee pointed out that Princess' rendition of "Sana'y Maghintay Ang Walang Hanggan" was full of emotion.
"Grabe 'to. What a way to end," he commented right after the performance. "From the time you hit the first note and then the last emotional note, pasok sa puso 'yung kanta."
"With the linis, with the emotion. Ito 'yung pinagsama na technical and puso. Divang-diva," he added.
Perks
Princess won P2 million worth of cash and contract, a house and lot and a brand-new car. She will also fly to New York to receive a makeover package from acclaimed stylist Richie and to undergo two-week training with award-winning stage director-writer Joe Barros.
She vied against the other members of the Wishful 5: first runner-up Kimberly Baluzo, second runner-up Louie Anne Culala, third runner-up Carmela Ariola, and fourth runner-up Hacel Bartolome.
The other finalists received cash prizes, two-year exclusive recording deal with Star Music and five-year management contract with Breakthrough and Milestones Productions International (BMPI).
CEO and President of BMPI Daniel Razon, said the finalists have the full support of Wish 107.5 and BMPI.

"This competition is not the end, it's not everything. With the help of God this is going to be the start of wonderful things to come," he said.
Although reaching the grand final was already victory, he related that the more fulfilling part was that each of the Wishful 5 was able to give a cash donation worth of 100,000 to their chosen beneficiary.
Who is she?
Princess was the only online auditionee handpicked by the resident reactors to join the Wishful 20. And even though she was eliminated at first, she returned as a grand finalist after undergoing a series of vocal battles and ultimately winning Wishcovery's Wild Card Edition.
"Through singing kasi nakakapagpasaya ako ng ibang tao," she said when asked what kept her going. "Kaya everytime I sing talagang by heart."
She advises other singers to never give up on their dreams.
"Kailangan matapang ka. Kahit nadapa ka dapat tumatayo ng nakataas ang noo. Like me, Wish gave me this chance na mas makilala ang sarili ko as an artist na kaya ko pala 'to, possible pala, magagawa ko pala," she shared.
She regards Regine Velasquez-Alcasid as her ultimate musical hero. It is her dream to collaborate with her and Gary Valenciano.
