Three Japanese adult video idols have made their debut as K-pop idols in Korea.

Honey Popcorn, composed of Mikami Yua, Matsuda Miko and Moto Sakura, released their first album “Bibidi Babidi Boo” in Korea recently.
The music video for the carrier single “Bibidi Babidi Boo” has garnered 428,000 views in 16 hours after it was uploaded on YouTube.
The three are former members of pop groups in Japan. Mikami Yua, 24, whose real name is Momona Kito, made her debut in the Japanese girl group SKE48 before becoming an adult film star in Japan. She later became a member of the group Ebisu Muscats.
Matsuda Miko, 22, debuted as member of Japanese idol group NMB48 under the name Risako Okada in 2011. She became an adult video actress last year.
Moto Sakura, 27, also known as Ito Yu, is a former member of the Japanese idol group Bakusute Sotokanda Icchome and also made her debut as an adult video performer last year.
Honey Popcorn held their album showcase in Seoul on March 21 in which they discussed their careers.
Mikami Yua said they are actively working as adult video actors in Japan and they are serious about their work.
"But now we want to concentrate on Honey Popcorn activities. I think there are people who think that it will be difficult to support us but we will appreciate those who support us,” she said.
She added that the love K-pop, saying K-pop music videos are highly regarded for their high quality.
Matsuda Miko explained that “during the preparation of the group, we expected that there would be cultural differences between Korea and Japan. There are people who support us and we will try to meet those expectations.”
She said she likes Korean dramas and became interested in K-pop. Her favorites are Kim Yoo Jung and Park Bogum, stars of the Korean drama “Love in the Moonlight.”
