RLC tops off its newest PEZA-registered office building in QC – the Zeta Tower

Property developer Robinsons Land Corp. marks another milestone this year as it recently unveiled Zeta Tower, Robinsons Land’s newest office building in Quezon City. Zeta Tower rises within Robinsons Land’s newest master-planned PEZA Registered IT Park - Bridgetowne located along C-5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City.  The 20-storey LEED Silver pre-certified office building has more than 34,000 square meters of leasable space and is connected to its twin tower, Exxa. Both buildings have large office floor plates, with wide selection of retail, service and dining options and are PEZA registered. Zeta Tower has green sustainable features such as eco-friendly finishes, double glazed glass windows, highly efficient air-conditioning system, rainwater harvesting system, natural ventilation, water efficient water fixtures, LED lighting for the common and office areas and  bicycle racks all of which translates to energy and water savings to the tenants. The building is also equipped with high-speed Mitsubishi elevators, variable refrigerant flow Mitsubishi air conditioning system for the office floors, 100 percent back-up power with N+1 provision, fire and smoke detection alarm system with sprinklers, and multiple telecommunications service providers.
