Runrio Events Inc. expects another series of competitive races when it stages the Runrio Trilogy Race Series starting next month.
The series opens its first leg on March 4 at the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City as part of its expansion program followed by a March 18 race at the Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay City.
The second leg will be held on May 6 also in Cebu and June 3 in Manila, while the last leg will be on Aug. 19 in Cebu and Sept. 23 in Manila.
“This year promises to be exciting for us and for all those who want to join our runs,” said Runrio President and CEO Rio Dela Cruz.
“Running enthusiasts can look forward to the 2018 Runrio Trilogy not only as a venue to push their limits, but also to spend time with friends and family,” Dela Cruz added.
Showing their previous success, Runrio Events Inc. recognized last year’s runners in the Runrio Trilogy Awards last Wednesday at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.
Dela Cruz and Runrio Events Inc. Managing Partner Andrew Neri presented the runners who competed in all three legs in the 21K, 32K and 42K with limited edition medal hangers.
