PHLPost requires public to use its standard boxes

The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) advises the public to use the prescribed PHLPost boxes sold at all post offices and postal outlets nationwide.

The PHLPost boxes are intended for mailing and sending of goods anywhere in the country and abroad.

“To make sure that their items are safe and secure, we would like to inform the public to use the standard PHLPost boxes in sending their packages at post office counters,” announced Postmaster General Joel L. Otarra.

The public may choose from among the seven different ‘standard’ sizes of PHLPost boxes available, depending on the volume of the items sent by the customer.

The boxes provide markings for proper handling and space for labels and are made of durable materials to ensure that all packages will be received in good condition.

The packages must be securely wrapped to ensure that the items inside won't be damaged during transit.

Using a PHLPost box means the mailer will now easily identify what are dimensions in advance, making the process of sending the goods simple and fast.
