RLC, SSS tie up to provide government services in soon-to-open Robinsons malls

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), has further strengthened its partnership with Social Security System (SSS) by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (supplement) which reaffirms its participation in Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center. A formal signing of the agreement was recently held led by RLC President Frederick D. Go (third from left) with SSS President and CEO Emmanuel F. Dooc (second from left), together with RLC Commercial Centers Division SVP and General Manager Arlene G. Magtibay and SSS Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel Voltaire P. Agas. The partnership between RLC and SSS started on April 2012 with the signing of the original Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with a term of three years. During the term of this MOA, SSS was able to open 25 SSS Members Assistance Desks which offered the following services: SSS forms issuance; receiving of applications for membership, benefits and loans; receiving of contributions and loan collection lists, issuance of SSS number for employees  and self-employed; and status verification of  membership, contribution, salary loan and claims. In 2015, the MOA was renewed for fiveyears where RLC offered six additional Robinsons Mall sites for SSS to open more SSS Members Assistance Desks. With the opening of several new Robinsons Malls in the pipeline, RLC in the Memorandum of Agreement (supplement) offers SSS  12 additional Robinsons Malls sites for it SSS Members Assistance Desks. With more sites, SSS will be able to reach more to its clientele all over the Country true to its mandate of giving convenience and accessibility to its millions of members. Currently, there are thirty-one 31 SSS Members Assistance Desks in Robinsons Malls nationwide plus three SSS Branch Offices located in Robinsons Galleria-Ortigas, Robinsons Novaliches and Robinsons Galleria Cebu. Soon, SSS Members Assistance Desks will be found at the soon to open Robinsons Place Iligan, Robinsons Place Tuguegarao in Cagayan, Robinsons Place Pavia in Iloilo, Robinsons Place Bogo (Cebu), Robinsons Place Silay (Bacolod), Robinsons Place Calbayog (Samar), Robinsons Place San Pedro (Laguna), Robinsons Place Cauayan (Isabela), Robinsons Place Digos (Davao), Robinsons Sa Fernando (La Union), Robinsons Place Valencia (Bukidnon), Robinsons Place Bataan and Robinsons Place Gapan (Cabanatuan). Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center is a public service program of Robinsons Land Corporation. It is the Philippines’ first and biggest shopping center facility that brings together all the government departments and agencies most relevant to the communities where Robinsons Malls are located.
