Pinoy fans were thrilled upon finally seeing K-pop boy band SF9 perform in Manila.

The nine-member idol group held their first “Be My Fantasy” fan meeting recently at The Theatre at Solaire Hotel and Resort.
SF9 members Inseong, Youngbin, Jaeyoon, Dawon, Zuho, Rowoon, Taeyang, Hwiyoung and Chani opened the fan meeting with their debut single “Fanfare” released in October 2016. They followed it up with the song “Roar.”
Youngbin said, “It is our first time in Manila. We’re so happy to meet you all and we start 2018 (with you).”
“It’s 2018 and we’re here in Manila. Thank you so much to all of you for waiting for us,” said Inseong while Jaeyoon said he’s “happy to meet our Philippine Fantasies.”
Aside from performing their songs, SF9 showed their various talents and played games through which fans got to know them better.
SF9 debuted in October 2016 with the single album “Feeling Sensation.” Last year, they released three mini-albums: “Burning Sensation,” “Breaking Sensation” and “Knights Of The Sun.”
Asked to reveal their wish for 2018, Inseong said, “First of all, we wish all of SF9 and all of our Fantasies to be healthy. We are working out to get fit” while Zuho said, “We wish you all the best for our mahal na Fantasies.”
To show off individual talent and charm, Youngbin rapped, Inseong showed his “heart” dance,” Jaeyoon sang a part and dance to the Pinoy song “Otso Otso,” Dawon showed his “aegyo” or cute charm, Rowoon sang, Hwiyoung sang, Taeyang did a sexy dance and a song, and Chani told fans, “Philippine Fantasy, mahal kita.”
In the game “Get to Know SF9,” fans had to guess if bits of information about the boys were true or false. The fun segment revealed that Inseong had a mole on his ear, Dawon had never tried bungee jumping, and Taeyang would date Youngbin if he were born a woman.
They played the Fantasy Board game that included Fantasy Wish in which SF9 members granted fans’ wishes and and Shake, Shake with Fantasy with three fans.

SF9 performed other songs including “Let’s Hang Out,” Austin Mahone’s “Dirty Work,” “Easy Love” and “O Sole Mio.”
Pinoy fans surprised SF9 with a video that contained their messages for the boys, who were touched by the gesture.
“Thanks to all of you. We have to come back and see you again as soon as possible,” said Dawon.
Inseong thanked fans and said, “Hope you enjoyed our fan meeting. We all love you, too. Mahal ko kayo.”
“I’m actually going to the jungle tomorrow and receiving all this positive energy from you guys is a great help for me, too, and for the challenge tomorrow. And I’m truly glad that we started this year with you Philippine Fantasies. We will work harder and make you guys even more proud,” said Rowoon referring to his trip to Chile for the filming of the TV show “Law Of The Jungle.”
“We really had fun tonight. Maraming salamat po, Pilipinas,” said Jaeyoon.
