EXO to hold 'ElyXiOn' concert in Manila

K-pop boy band EXO will return to Manila for their new concert tour “EXO Planet #4: The ElyXiOn.” It will be held on April 28, 6 p.m. at the Mall of Asia Arena, according to promoter Pulp Live World.

EXO (Facebook) EXO launched the tour last year from Nov. 24 to 26 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul that drew an estimated 66,000 fans and the next stop was Fukuoka, Japan last December. The tour will be held in Saitama, Japan on Jan. 27 and 28 before going to Taipei and Osaka in February, Singapore and Bangkok in March and then Manila. Last year, EXO held their “EXO Planet 3: The Exo'rdium” concert in Manila on Feb. 25 and 26 that drew about 20,000 fans. Recently, EXO members Suho, Chanyeol, Sehun, Xiumin, Baekhyun, Chen, and Kai went to Dubai to witness their song “Power” being played for the famous Dubai Fountain, dubbed as the “world’s largest performing fountain.” “Power” is the first K-pop song to be added to the fountain’s playlist. The fountain shows are held daily. Hundreds of fans also went to see EXO. Before this, EXO attended the 32nd Golden Disk Awards (GDA) where they took home a Disc Bonsang, Genie Music Popularity Award, Global Popularity Award and Ceci Asia Icon Award.
