RLC raises the bar in QC-Pasig corridor with LEED-certified prime office spaces
Robinsons Land Corporation, one of the country’s top developers of prime office spaces, said yesterday it is scheduledt to complete its second office tower in its Bridgetowne IT Park in Quezon City by the 1st half of 2018.
The Silver LEED pre-certified Exxa Tower, which is connected to its twin Zeta Tower by a retail and commercial podium in the first two floors, will make available another 35,000 square meters of gross leasable space in the new vibrant township community that has been master-planned with commercial, office, residential and hotel components.
“We are really proud of the quality of the twin Exxa and Zeta Towers which are LEED Silver pre-certified prime office spaces that BPO and multinational companies would love,” said RLC Office Buildings Division Vice President for Business Development and Marketing Kaye Mallari-Sanchez.

Strategically-located less than 3 kilometers away from the Ortigas Central Business District via Ortigas Avenue, the PEZA-certified Bridgetowne is accessible via two major roads: E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. (C5 Road) and Ortigas Avenue, making it conveniently along the route of public transportation and easily accessible to the EDSA Mass Rail Transit (MRT.)
Its location also places it in close proximity to various establishments including malls, hotels, hospitals, schools, marketplaces, villages and other residential developments in both Quezon and Pasig cities.
“Being the newest master-planned PEZA Registered IT Park in the area, Bridgetowne will be contributing to the bustling economies of the C-5 corridor and promises to be an exciting hub for work as well as shopping and dining,” Sanchez said.
Bridgetowne is masterplanned by one of the largest international urban planners, AECOM while EXXA Tower is designed by one of the Philippines’ top architectural firms, ASYA Design.
The complex has been well-planned to have a retail and hospitality support such as the upcoming mall, a 5-star international hotel and the Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan events place.
To suit the needs of its tenants, Exxa and Zeta have large office floor plates and will be handed over to tenants ready for interior design fit-out. They also have well-designed, functional, and spacious common areas.
The twin towers are equipped with 10 Mitsubishi elevators-, variable refrigerant flow Mitsubishi air conditioning system, 100 percent back-up power with N+1 provision, fire and smoke detection alarm system with sprinklers, and multiple telecommunications service providers.
As LEED Silver pre-certified “Core and Shell” development, EXXA and Zeta Towers are being built with green and sustainable features such as double-glazed glass windows, rainwater collection system, LED lighting, bicycle racks and shower rooms.
In addition, major tenants will have signage opportunities at the building façade while commercial floor spaces are also available for showroom and other requirements.
