Batangas City, Batangas — The Traffic Development Regulatory Office (TDRO) announced yesterday that roads will be closed in the city to give way for the annual Fluvial Procession as part of the fiesta celebration today.
The TDRO announced the closure of Calumpang Bridge and the streets of M.H. Del Pilar, Noble, P. Burgos, D. Silang, Evangelista and D. Atienza, Access Road 2 going to Coliseum and Bolbok Diversion road going to Poblacion.
Batangas City Mayor Beverley Rose Dimacuha will lead the assembly time at 1 p.m. that will be gather devotees at the Basilica of Immaculate Conception to pick up the image of the Sto. Niño and proceed with a motorcade to the Batangas City Convention Center.
The Alay sa Sto. Niño cultural presentation, with the theme “Alay sa Sto. Niñong Mahal, Ating Tagumpay,” will be held with participants from different schools and colleges in the city.
