Bulacan records highest single day COVID-19 deaths

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan--The Provincial Health Office (PHO) in Bulacan has recorded the highest COVID-19 fatalities in one day at five, with 135 new confirmed cases, and 111 recoveries. 

The PHO said the five fatalities were from the City of San Jose Del Monte, bringing the COVID-19 death toll in the province to 96.

The additional cases bring the total number to 4,730, with1,749 active cases, 1,157 symptomatic, and 592 asymptomatic.

Bulacan now has a total number of 2,885 COVID-19 patients who recovered. 
Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado renewed their call to Bulakenyos to follow the health protocols of  proper handwashing and sanitizing, the wearing of face masks and face shields, and observing the minimum one meter physical distancing.
