Why Matet De Leon is hurting

Matet De Leon took to YouTube recently to air her side on Nora Aunor's new business venture, Ate Guy's Gourmet Tinapa and Tuyo.

According to Mater, Nora sent her photos of the products last Nov. 30.

“Naloka ako talaga, as in, nag-hyperventilate ako," she said.

This was because she was also selling something similar.

“Alam ni Mommy ito, alam niya ito na meron ako nito. So, hindi ko alam kung bakit napagdesisyunan nila na gumawa ng sarili nilang brand," Matet said.

But she didn't react that time as Nora's products are yet to be released publicly.

“Iniyak ko lang, tinawagan ko ang ate ko (Lotlot de Leon), tinawagan ko ang kuya ko (Ian de Leon). Pero yun nga, hindi ko para i-post pa dun kasi family matter nga siya," she said. “Tsaka hindi pa naman inilabas ni Mommy. Baka mapaisip din naman si Mommy na, ‘Wag, wag ko namang gawin sa anak ko yan,’ di ba?"

However, on Dec. 3, her husband saw a post about Nora's products.

“How do I feel about it? I feel very sad. I feel betrayed. Para akong trinaydor. Para akong… grabe, ampon na ampon yung pakiramdam ko ngayon mga tol," she told her viewers.

“Ang lakas makaampon nung ginawa nila. Ang lakas makaampon, damang-dama ko pagkaampon ko.”

She pointed out: “Walang gagawa ng ganito sa anak nila. So, ibig sabihin nito, hindi talaga ako tinatratong anak. Hindi niya gagawin ito kung mahal niya kami, ngayon ko lang na-realize.”

Meanwhile, in an Instagram video, Matet reiterated: "I will clear this out for the blind ones, it's not about the products, may Neri's Gourmet Tuyo naman, yung kay Neri (Naig), di ba masarap din yun? Di naman nagalit si Neri sa akin e. Pwede naman yun. Ano ba yun? Pwede. Kaso hindi mo gagawin sa sarili mong anak na alam mong may ganung produkto na hindi ka nagsabi, na tinago niyo habang binubuo niyo. You don't. Bakit nila tinago? Ilalabas ko yung mga screenshot ng mga chat namin ni Mommy para makita niyo na alam niyang may ganun ako at wala siyang paki kasi marami naman daw akong taping."

"Guys, wala na akong taping kaya nga nag titinda na lang," she added.
